The ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) is the world's most accepted and widely used Quality Management Standard for Companies and Organizations of any size. The current version of ISO 9001 was released in 23 September 2015. Before this ISO, the ISO 9001:2008 was in series. ISO 9001 was first published in 1987 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), an International Agency composed of the National Standards Bodies of more than 160 countries.
